The king of preppy cool Tommy Hilfiger was clearly inspired by a sailing trip for his spring/summer 2013 offering.
Big bold stripes, tailored jackets, beach bags and wedges – all spelt out a weekend at the beach in Hamptons, Hilfiger style. The designer stuck to his trademark usage of reds, blues and whites for the collection.
After Marc Jacobs and now Tommy Hilfiger it’s safe to say bold stripes are the next big trend for spring/summer 2013.
