Vir Das’s Alien Chutney brought the Romedy Cock show to Blue Frog in Mumbai a few days ago. Packed with insane lyrics, funny songs, rock licks and head banging comedy rock, Alien Chutney enthralled the audience with a mad new list such as Dhoble Digital, Harry Potter Saala Idiot, Sabziwaali Serenading, The AWWWWWWWdience Song, The 9 o’Clock News Song and Trolling in the Deep.
The evening witnessed comedian Vir Das on vocals with Warren Mendonsa (Blackstratblues, Zero, Karsh Kale Collective) on guitar, Sidd Coutto (Toughon Tobacco, Zero) on drums, Gaurav Gupta (TOT/Ghalat Family) and Nigel Rajaratnam.
Meiyang Chang, who was a special guest, performed at The Chinky Song.
