Indo-German export Evelyn Sharma, may be new to Bollywood but she’s already got a kitty full of fab films which are under production or ready to release soon.
Among them are From Sydney With Love, Issaq (in which she plays a spiritual girl opposite Prateik Babbar), T-Series’ next tentatively titled Class of 2013 (in which she plays a glamorous dream girl) and a sexy ditz in Ayan Mukerji’s Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani (the Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer under Karan Johar’s banner).
Ranjit Rodricks speaks to her about birthdays and what makes them special to her:
How do you normally celebrate your birthday every year?
Evelyn: Ever since my 16th birthday I have spent my birthday in a different city every year. Mainly because I travel a lot for work, but I also made it a rule 😉What are your birthday plans this year?
Evelyn: I’ll probably be dancing all day for my YJHD (Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani) rehearsals and keep dancing at night too!Which has been your most memorable birthday?
Evelyn: My twenty-first birthday in London. After a night of celebration I rode home on a bike in the rising morning sun. I have never seen London more calm and peaceful than at 6am!What gifts would you like to receive this year from family and friends?
Evelyn: A birthday hug is all I need 🙂 and since I barely see my friends around the world, that always means the most to me.What has been your most special birthday gift ever?
Evelyn: A surprise cake in my face. Funny traditions you have here hahahaTell us the most crazy / funny / embarrassing thing that has happened on your past birthdays!
Evelyn: Every year is crazy cause I mostly decide in the morning what I wanna do.If you could take a vacation on your birthday, where would you go and why?
