Right, here are the interesting bits, just so you don’t have to squint your eyes too hard 🙂
- Her diet: She eats few small meals throughout the day and aims for the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, fibre and essential vitamins. She prefers to eat lotsa veggies like an herbivorous animal and avoids chicken and red meat. All very well but I can’t, for the life of me, steer clear of caffeine-based beverages like tea, coffee (unthinkable!!) and fizzy drinks ‒ like she does!
- Her exercise regime: 90 minutes of yoga, Pilates or any other form of cardio. And stretches a lot, apparently.
- Her beauty rituals: She washes her face three-four times a day (really, that many times?) and her hair four times a week.
- Secret behind her perfect skin: She drinks three glasses of warm water in the morning to flush out the toxins ‒ a-ha, so that’s the trick!
