Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan‘s house, Mannat, had landed in a spot of trouble when officials believed it was in violation of the Costal Regulation Zone rules. Now, it turns out, there’s fresh trouble, since Shah Rukh is being accused of not complying with a government official.
Apparently, the reason behind the problem is that the sewage from Mannat is directly connected with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai’s drainage system. At that time, Shah Rukh and his architect were required to provide certain documents so that the matter could be investigated. However, since they never provided those, they are now being accused of violating 10 (3) of the Environment Protection Act, 1986 by preventing a government official from carrying out his duty.
Shah Rukh had also landed himself in legal trouble a month ago with the Jaipur Cricket Academy.
