It’s time for another international artist to go Desi! This time around Desi Hits! brings together controversial rapper – M.I.A; Brit-Asian producer, Rishi Rich & bhangra diva – Miss Pooja.
The trio have added desi flavour to M.I.A’s hit song Bad Girls – it’s more upbeat, has a slight club vibe and there’s the inclusion of Miss Pooja Punjabi vocals. Rishi Rich on the association said, “When asked to Remix M.I.A’s Bad Girl Track I was very excited. I’m a big fan of M.I.A and really wanted to try something unique with this and that’s when the idea of getting Miss Pooja came. It was an interesting process of going through the track with her and a challenge to fuse their two distinct styles together.
