Over the weekend, Le Mill launched Jade Jagger’s jewlery and International Spring Fashion Collections. The co-founder of Le Mill, Cecilia Morelli Parikh, hosted a lunch for Jade, to celebrate this launch with the swish set of Mumbai, and regular patrons of her store.
Among those who came by to take a look at the collection were Lisa Haydon, Natasha Poonawalla, Haseena Jethmalani, Roohi Jaikishan, Natasha Chib, Laila Lamba, Priya Nathani, Beenu Bawa, Deveika Bhojwani, Karan Bhojwani, Divya Thakur, Rashmi Uday Singh, Bandana Tewari, Nandini Sen and Avantika Kilachand.
Jade’s jewellery collection evolves from the ancient ceremonies of classical Greece. Her Disco Diamonds collection, which is largely made from tiny white diamonds, has disco diamond balls set among rubies, sapphires and emeralds.
Her capsule jewellery collection, Skull Duggery, continues to be a strong part of the range. “I’ve had a long-standing love for skulls and the way they look like beads”, says Jade.
Having strong Indian influences, Jade features the Rudraksha bead in a variety of necklaces and bracelets, mixing them with gold and silver beads as well.
