The best thing about food is, it brings people together and this December 24 & 25th, Mumbai will host Maha Feast, the biggest outdoor food festival at the iconic Gateway of India from 12 noon to 10 p.m. The festival is open to all.
Great cities across the world host iconic events at a tourism location, which become part of the annual tourism calendar; thus was born the idea of a feast for the capital city of Maharashtra at its most symbolic location- The Gateway of India.
The festival brings together the best of restaurants, chefs and their delectable cuisines to make your experience unique. The festival will showcase the soul of Maharashtra through music and dance to keep you all day at the Gateway. Decorated to look the most picturesque, the Gateway of India on the 24 and 25 December will be a dream destination for all.
Mugdha Godse, who inaugurated the event along with chocolatier Zeba Kohli and food critic Rashmi Uday Singh, said, “It’s very nice to have an outdoor food festival at the iconic Gateway of India during this weekend especially since it is Christmas. It’s a great way to bring together all of Maharashtra for a grand feast to binge on . I am looking forward to attend it and get my friends along for Maha Feast.”
Enjoy delicious menu offerings by Busaba, Falafel’s, Rajdhani, Mad Over Donuts, Food Box, Mocambo, Swati Snacks and Café Mocha from amongst several others.
