An official film still of Teri Meri Kahani was released a few days ago. You might remember we were among the first to tell you that Priyanka Chopra and Shahid Kapoor had signed on Kunal Kohli‘s production despite their romantic relationship going kaput? The film has now been in production for a while. After shooting a schedule in Mumbai, the cast and crew headed for Stratford Upon Avon in England to shoot a major chunk. The film, a love story, of course, has aptly been shot in Shakespeare’s birth town. Locations include places like streets outside town pubs, on the river, at the bandstand and the Royal Shakespeare Company’s Courtyard Theatre.
Some images from these sets have made their way on to the Internet. Among these are photographs of Tommy Sandhu with Shahid Kapoor and Kaval Vaseer with Priyanka Chopra. One can only assume both actors are involved in features for UK’s BBC Network, given both Tommy Sandhu and Kaval Vaseer work with the BBC. Apparently, the film spans across four generations with the couple representing love in each era. Now, that’s an interesting concept. Eventually, the working title, Teri Meri Kahani will give way to a better suited title. As soon as we have the dope on that, we’ll be letting you in. Until then, stay tuned!
