Well, you know what they say – want extra publicity for your film, get a Khan/Bachchan to do a cameo/public appearance! Upcoming film The Weekend did just that by asking Amitabh Bachchan to come unveil the first look at Sun & Sand Hotel!
The Weekend is directed by Tinu Verma, who’s known as a Bollywood stuntman, but has now shot, directed and produced this action thriller. The film is about a weekend trip that runs into trouble, and how the characters come out safe.

What’s interesting about this film is that it has been shot in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu simultaneously, and with the same star cast. That’s pretty cool, I think!
