I really like Ranveer Singh. I like the guy because he is a great actor. I like him because he has made it with no filmi connections. I like him because he is not conventionally good-looking…
But what I like less are his television appearances. Koffee With Karan was weird enough with Ranveer confessing to staring at a swimsuit-clad Kareena Kapoor, and playfully fighting with Anushka Sharma. And then we had to watch Ranveer pulling an LL Cool J on Simi Selects India’s Most Desirable with his self-promoting rap. It felt more like watching Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega.
And the other day I was watching TV and saw him again, on India’s Sexiest Bachelor, giving advice on how to win over the ladies. His tip: humor is the way to a woman’s heart. Just make her laugh, guys. And then Ranveer revealed his preferences. He said that he is a great lover of women, women are the fairer and superior sex, that he’s attracted to all kinds of women, etcetcetc. BUT- what really turns him on in is… good DICTION, in both English and Hindi.
