I’ve been meaning to blog about this all day and I hope you can appreciate why I find it all a little sad (but funny!) xoxo
So I’m sitting at a lunch meeting at Salt Water Cafe and suddenly I get bombarded with emails, bbm messages and even an SMS forwarded by a PR agent which reads verbatim, “I am very upset about the recent article in mirror which says I am an american porn star. it is completely untrue. I have been in india all this while and need ur support to clarify and tell the truth. Mink brar 98********.”
Naturally I get home and Google it because I have heard many things about many people (and various giggles about her being named after a fur coat) but never that Mink Brar was a porn star. The first thing that popped up was this fabulous blog called Yes Punjab I didn’t know existed (so that’s a plus!) and two thoughts in my head.
1. I can’t bring myself to support anyone who can’t be bothered to use correct capitalization while typing (including her own last name!)
and
2. I wonder how many Mink Brar jokes Daniel Tosh could crack in 20 seconds? 🙂
