It’s always great to see how our stars dress up when they don’t have a team of stylist and make up artist running behind them. Case and point the ‘meet and greet’ to promote their movies. Here are two examples from the recent releases of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara and Murder 2.

Kalki Koechlin Too Cute to Fine

What? you thought the Fashion Police could only criticize and not praise? Well you thought wrong, especially when it comes to Kalki Koechlin who always sticks to her style no matter what. Simple dressing with interesting accessories or details is usually how Kalki likes to play it. The brown shorts and hat stand out against the simplicity of the tee and ballet flats, making the outfit look über trendy. All you college girls be sure to try out this look, just remember to keep it simple.

Jacqueline Fernandez Fined for DUI (Dressing Under the Influence)

I’m not sure what Jacqueline Fernandez was thinking when she decided to pair white python print skinny jeans with a champagne coloured jock jacket and bright red shoulder bag. I’m also really not feeling the star chappals, I know it’s the monsoon but there are other options. The saving grace here is that gorgeous face and hair; wish she has taken the time to edit her look. The outfit would have been so much more polished had she got rid of the jock jacket (replaced with a black blazer or leather bomber jacket) and put on a pair of brogues or cute booties.

Psst! I thought that Twitter comment on Murder 2’s twitter page was hilarious, especially after seeing this picture. I’m sure those boys were referring to smouldering role she played in Murder 2.
