Gitanjali treated “Khushi” kids with happiness at The Grand, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The association was made to benefit poor and destitute communities in both rural and urban areas where “Khushi” promotes its activities. The cast and crew of Always Kabhi Kabhi, i.e. Roshan Abbas, Ali Fazal, Zoa Morani, Giselle Monteiro and Satyajeet Dubey also travelled to Delhi for the cause. They gifted the children who were going to start school this week with hampers. Kapil Dev, who initiated Khushi thanked the Gitanjali Group for their gratitude. Mr. Hitesh, marketing head for Gitanjali expressed the same feeling and spoke of bridging the disparity in our population. It makes sense for the cast of Always Kabhi Kabhi to be part of such a venture, given the film is about four school kids and their experience growing up. Roshan Abbas also spoke of how Shah Rukh Khan blessed his vision and gave him a canvas to explore a dream. We hope the good work continues. 🙂
