After Bryan Adams, Netsurf and Venky’s have brought down another heavyweight in the music industry – Akon. (Yes that is pronounced A-KON and not Icon, as some of the press members were affectionately calling him!) It’s his Birthday tomorrow and to celebrate he is heading to Pune today to bring it in. Tomorrow he’s off to Gurgaon and then on the 17th to Bangalore for back to back concerts. Since this concert is linked with the ‘Save The Children India’ foundation, Netsurf donated 5 lakhs for the cause and Suniel & Mana Shetty made an appearance too!
