I am mildly torn now between loving Shah Rukh Khan and being deeply disturbed by the skit he was involved in to launch Sachin Joshi’s new diet energy drink called “XXX minus”. While it was totally cool to see SRK up close and personal (more pix here) and even willing to break into a little dard-e-disco on the fly; I can’t believe he endorsed a product that had at one point, three over-weight girls replaced by three size zeros in a flash of strobe-lighting all because they had a sip of this drink. Eeks. (Oh and Shonali Nagrani, why do I feel like I’ve heard an emcee just like you stumble through her high-pitched”v’s” and “w’s” once before? Lol.)
P.S. Props to Rohit Roy who looked fairly well turned out, having traded in his Ed Hardy wardrobe for a more stylish one 🙂
