Nevil & Sahil Timbadia hosted ‘Airport’ (the awesome new band I told you about) at Bonobo on Sunday amid the glitterati which included Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Khemu, Sapna Bhavnani, Manjari Phadnis, Renuka Kunzru (both of whom were in Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na) the terrible twins Raghu Ram and Rajeev Laxman. Dang if only I had known Kunal Khemu was going to be there… he’s my new heartthrob what a dreamboat *sigh*
Band lineup: Airport consists of Arijit Datta on vocals and guitar, Vinay Lobo on lead guitar, Sidd Coutto on drums, and Amit Ahuja on bass and Jonathan Paul was a guest artist for this show on keys. (I’m hoping they got a slot amongst the Space Cadets too!)
