Oh boy oh boy oh boy, what a night! (just to fill you in, last night Hard Rock Cafe hosted the first ever missmalini.com fan night which I decided to host when I hit 1000 Facebook fans (so sign up quick and wait till you see what happens when we hit 2000!)
Somehow everything just magically came together for me and I’m sitting here lost for words to blog about my perfect life! Check it out; Sidd Coutto, the lead singer of Tough on Tobacco offered to compose and sing me my very own theme song at their album launch for “Happy Goat” (the album is available for FREE download here).
Hard Rock Cafe agreed to throw me a full fledged party and offer fans & friends free drinks, heck even my Mango-dress dilemma was solved overnight by the awesome store manager Roselynn Meyers, which was just about as much icing on the cake as the incredible one Rebecca Maria Vaz from The Baking Tray hand-made for me! (You know, sometimes I just can’t figure out how the hell I got so damn lucky, but hey why question karma right?) I’m so happy!
So here’s a sneak peak at the first official MissMalini fan party, with exclusive LIVE performances by Tough on Tobacco featuring the spanking new MissMalini theme song and believe you me (I’ve always wanted to use that!) you ain’t seen nothing yet 🙂 Psst! Subscribe to my YouTube channel so you never miss a video.
The Love Parade
Big love to everyone who came, Hard Rock Cafe you are awesome can’t thank you enough! Sidd I absolutely LOVE my theme song (I can’t believe I have a theme song!) Rebecca you never cease to dazzle me with your mad dessert skills, Niki thank you for being trigger happy (more pix here) and Mike for capturing everything on my Flip (I no longer miss my LPC!) Friends & fans YOU made it happen, I love you 🙂
P.S. Tough on Tobacco are Sidd Coutto, Pozy Dhar, Neil Gomes, Johan Pais, Jai Row Kavi and Gaurav Gupta. Seriously, download the album “Happy Goat” these guys are SO fun and super talented (I especially love how they throw that violin riff into “Happy” (it just makes you happy) and Sidd makes up the BEST stories (on the spot no less) about the inspiration behind each song 🙂 besides its FREE, how often does that happen?!
