Kangana Ranaut is all set to surprise the masses as she steps into Rani Laxibai’s shoes for Krish’s Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. The film which was earlier slated to hit the screens this year has now been pushed to next year and before we witness this magnum opus on-screen, the actress recently made a surprising revelation.
Kangana was present yesterday for a conversation with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, an Indian yogi, and mystic when she revealed that one of the scenes in the film was changed because the makers didn’t want to look like cow saviours.
Kangana said,
There was a scene where Rani Laxmibai goes and saves a calf. Our crew had a huge discussion. We halted the shoot and then decided to replace the cow with a lamb because we don’t want to look like cow saviours.
