As per a recently published report in a leading daily, TV actress Iris Maity was harassed by a bunch of men on New Year’s eve. The SuperCops vs Supervillains girl was shocked when a group of strangers misbehaved with her while she was walking on the streets of the city. While she decided to ignore them and keep on walking, the men went out of control and one of them even abused and began following her. That’s when Iris lost her cool and ended up slapping him.
The actress is trained in martial arts and kickboxing, and those lessons definitely came handy for her at that moment. It seems that once she pushed him down, a crowd gathered and she was able to call the Colaba police station to get the guy arrested. From the looks of it, she didn’t file an FIR, but got the guy put behind bars for the night.
