Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is busy working on Gangubai Kathiawadi with Alia Bhatt has already announced his next project. The announcement came this morning which revealed that Sanjay will be producing a film on the 2019 Balakot airstrike. Bhansali’s production house tweeted about it and also announced that Bhushan Kumar and Pragya Kapoor will be co-producing the film dedicated to the sons of India and their never-say-die spirit.

Talking to PTI, Sanjay said that film is a story of Bravery.
It is a story of bravery, patriotism and love for the country… We endeavour that their story and bravery reaches to everyone in the right way.
Bhushan added that there is a need to re-tell some stories.
This will be one of our biggest projects for next year. It”s extremely close to all of us at T-Series because of the sentiment it carries. I have always been a patriot and it gives me immense pleasure to present the story of bravado of our IAF officers.
Abhishek Kapoor who is directing the film further said that he is determined to do justice to this story.
I remember the emotions that ran through the entire country when the strike was carried out. I am determined to do justice to this story in my endeavour to bring it to the silver screen.
We cannot wait to witness this one!
