As you can see, the universe has been more than generous these past few weeks. (Heck who am I kidding, this whole year!) After an absolutely epic time at IIFA 2015 in Malaysia, I was invited to Hong Kong to experience some delightful Calvin Klein hospitality and here are a few of my favourite things from the trip! #BieberFever

1. Hello, Hong Kong!

Well, if this is the first thing you see as you exit the airport, you know you’re going to be in a good mood, right? #BlueSkyBonus

Plus, this is probably the first time I’VE spent so much time relishing the food (and snapchatting it later)!

2. Being a Calvin Klein VIP!

I kid you not, this was probably one of the coolest trips I’ve ever been on. From the slick execution to just how chilled out our hosts were, I felt like I was legit Hollywood high society and *bam* in the news with Kendall Jenner 😛

(I had no idea they had a CP in HK btw, what up Delhi reference!)

Also, it definitely helped that the first thing I spotted in my room (at the exquisite Mandarin Oriental, no less) was a bottle of Veuve Clicquot. (Not too shabby CK, not too shabby!)

How about this room with a view? I won’t lie, this #DesiGirlTraveler could get used to this!

3. #mycalvins

Part of my experience was getting to wear my very own Calvin Klein threads to the event, which they took great pains to help me pick and style! Take a look, how did we do? 🙂

4. Oh Boy, It’s Bryan!

We’re obsessed with Bryan Boy. So it was absolutely amazing to run into this fashion-blogging legend at the event and he was so utterly adorable too, look! Did you know he loves karaoke? #TrueStory

5. My Mumbai Crew.

Peeya Sridhar from Calvin Klein India, Sholeen Damarwala from Grazia and Arnesh Ghose from Man’s World made up our band of four desi travelers!

My fellow Mumbaikars who came for the gig were such a sweet bunch, we actually had a total blast hanging out at the concert and then going out later to Lan Kwai Fan aka party central with my new friend, Sheetal! (Rashmi, #bestintroever!)

6. The Vibe & The View.

Calvin Klien chose the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal overlooking Kowloon Bay as their venue (a former airport repurposed into an industrial cargo cruise terminal). Best view of the city, by far.

From the time we got there to the time we left, the place was pumped full of blue lights and electric energy. Full props to Korean-American musician Jay Park, and DJs Verbal & Yoon from Japan, and Hong Kong’s Kevin Poon who set the stage for Justin Bieber to take over…

7. The Biebs!

Omg, this kid! Perhaps I’m biased because he’s a prodigy of the virtual age but I mean, how can you not love him? He’s soooo adorable!

And to all the haters, oh baby, baby, baby please. (PS. I highly recommend watching his documentary called Never Say Never if you still don’t “get” him!)

So at the event, Justin jumped on stage as a surprise and sang hit after teenage-heaven hit including Baby, Boyfriend, Beauty and The Beat, As Long As You Love Me, One Time, and his latest song, Where Are Ü Now.

Um.. did somebody say party #tothemoon?! (Or at least that’s the way I plan to sing it!) I think this is my fave new Bieber song, love the futuristic riff big time, don’t you?

And of course, the fans went WILD!

8. His BFF, Kendall.

Who, of course, came out to support looking like a causally-thrown-together million bucks.

I’ll have to admit that I didn’t recognise most of them but I’m told the rest of the guests sporting #MyCalvins included a mix of fashion, music, and entertainment influencers plus media from over 16. (India represent!)

9. #calvinkleinlive

This was the first time I tried Periscoping an event LIVE and duuuuudeeee, it was awesome!

10. Calvin in the Spring…

*Is it me, or is it getting hot in here?*

I’m loving the Spring 2015 Calvin Klein Jeans that Justin Bieber can be seen in (yup, the one in which he’s getting all steamy with supermodel Lara Stone!).

Kendall Jenner also features with model Simon Nessman in the #mycalvins Denim Series!

Clavin Klein actually has a history of pretty badass brand ambassadors like Pharrell Williams, Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding, Jessie Ware, Iggy Azalea, Far East Movement, The Drums and HAIM, so I can’t wait to see what they get up to next… And boy, I do hope I’m invited! xoxo
