Mother’s Day is just around the corner and the tributes have started pouring in, but the one thing that is really touching our hearts is Maggi’s #MomsKnowBest Mother’s Day video. Since the ’90s, Maggi has always been the most preferred snack of every Indian kid ever, it’s basically our generation’s daal chawal. That’s why this tribute Shankar Mahadevan’s silken voice is really making me ugly cry.
On a side note, how does Shankar manage to make us cry whenever he sings about moms? Remember ‘Maa‘ from Taare Zameen Par? I still cry whenever I hear that song, I guess that just shows how special our mothers are.
