Ok so it’s not actually fifty, but a majority of dresses spotted on the Oscars red carpet were either in shades of red or white. Between, toy red, scarlet, pinks, and bone, off-white and pearly white, celebrities like Rosamund Pike, Dakota Johnson, Marion Cotillard and Lupita Nyong’o – all had red or white on their mind when they picked out their Oscar numbers. Winners or not, most of these ladies look stunning and you know that fear you have when you wear red on a red carpet? Yea, not one of these ladies blended in! Take a look at their dresses and of course where they got them from.

You already know what we thought of Lady Gaga‘s dress and as for Lupita Nyong’o, while her Calvin Klein number doesn’t come close to the dress she wore last year, did you know that it’s been made with over 6000 pearls?! Speaking of not in love, Marion Cotillard, Julianne Moore and Jennifer Aniston‘s gowns didn’t make us go ‘wow’ either.
P.S. Keep your eyes peeled, there are a few more ladies to add to this list!
