Pranav Mishra and Shyma Shetty – the brains and talent behind the label Huemn have long been essayists of the sports luxe philosophy. For their latest line for Lakme Fashion Week, they took it to new heights with a very evident sporty meets glam collection. Sequinned pencil skirts, varsity letters emblazoned on blouses and luxe trackpants were paired brilliantly with sneakers – everything was sublime. With sportswear being a huge trend this spring/summer 2014, we’re hoping some of these outfits make an appearance outside of the ramp. Take a look at my 5 favourite ensembles from the collection.

8 was a recurring number throughout the collection and this sporty tracksuit makes such a chic option for a night around town, paired with some skyscraper heels.
Often women cite that sweatpants are the comfiest thing on the planet, however the most unsightliest. The luxe slouchy track pant ought to change that – it’s one of those versatile pieces that can be worn either for day or night.
