So I’ve been filling you in on all the action in the run up to the 3rd annual Asia Polo Cup International Day and we actually spent Saturday afternoon feeling fabulous at the Amateur Riders Cup, Racecourse over cocktails and Polo cheers! Neha Dhupia was the chief guest escorted by James (Jimmy) Sylvester and I caught up with her just as the match started to find out who/what she was wearing, check it out!
The Sen Group opened the Polo season in Mumbai with the 3rd annual Asia Cup Polo International Day for the Ajit Singh Medtia trophy featuring the Amateur Riders Club of Mumbai against an international team.
The Asia Cup Polo international day was launched by the Sen Group in London where it will be held for the 6th year in June 2012.
The international team was captained by His Highness Maharaj Narendra Singh. He was accompanied by John Moreland Lynn from England, Niall Donnelly from Ireland and Abhimanyu Pathak from India. The Indian team was represented by the very popular Dhruvpal Godara, Lt. Col. Joginder Sheikhawat, Shyam Mariwala and Harsh Piramal.
Neil Sen played gracious host over wine and a lavish spread of canapés to guests such as Neha Dhupia, James Sylvester (Jimmy), Milan Luthria, Rina Shah, Delna Poonawalla, Joanne Nayar, Sophia Hayat, Nasir Jamal, Vasant UB and Rajeev Mehra.
