Payal Jain and Sanchita Ajjampur sent us some of their backstage beauty pictures from their Fiama Di Wills show. Mickey Contractor, who we spoke with, came up with the look for both the designers after getting a brief about their collections and their vision for the show.

Beauty at Sanchita Ajjampur

Forget about bleaching your eyebrows; there is another temporary method – use brown mascara instead. Mickey kept Sanchita’s look very nude, with barely-there makeup, and used earthy tones to create this brown-washed look. In fact, the only definition were the eyelashes. The main focus for this look was the hair; coloured extentions were added to teased hair that was put in a top knot.

Mickey’s look for Payal Jain was a soft but defined eyebrow and very strong red lips. The lips took 4 shades to come up with that perfect red, that Payal wanted. The hair, although Bhavna Sharma (in the pic above) hadn’t got hair done as yet, was soft curls all put together on the top on the head with a scarf tied around the forehead. Very chic safari. I’ve adapted that hairstyle for many of my events, it’s super fun, you must try.
