Nowshad: “Who knew shopping could be this much fun?!”
Surprise! This one goes out to all the peeps who voted to see more of my hubby-to-be Nowshad on the blog btw 🙂 So here’s what happened; just like every year around this time, I started to panic about what to buy him for his birthday (especially considering that he has almost every imaginable gadget manufactured by Apple already.) So this year I hit upon a genius plan! A surprise shopping spree courtesy Calvin Klein Jeans for a birthday wardrobe makeover for my adorable boy who likes his look subtle & relaxed but still trendy. And ladies, you may think this sort of thing wouldn’t appeal to your guy but you’d be surprised! It was actually really cute watching him walk around the store trying to decide which shirt, which shoes which belt and even which boxers to pick! In the end he did the right thing, he took both (of some.)
Psst! CKJ has just introduced a range of fabulous footwear in India which totally compliments their range of clothes. And guess what? Tomorrow YOU can win a pair! Yup, because I love you THIS much 🙂
See, the thing is a) it’s not easy to shop for guys, especially those with subtle taste (unless you’re willing to buy him the same boring polo t-shirt in various colors every year, yeah you know who you are!) or like me realize years later that he’s actually not such a big fan of slogan tees after all *facepalm* And b) boys are always bitching about how long we take to try on clothes. This way not only will he pick stuff you know he’ll love (and wear) he’ll probably be more sympathetic the next time you’re in the trial room! Two birds, one stone is all I’m saying. Try it, you’ll thank me later 🙂 xoxo
