Just a quick note to say I miss you Mumbai. I’ve been at back to back weddings since late Febuary and now I’m a little homesick! Props to my assistant blogger crew Sue Castellino and Dhruvi Shah for holding fort, I owe you pizza ladies… I’m back tomorrow and will blog about all the wedding shenanigans (big and small) with a full photo-blog as colorful as the weddings I’ve been attending. My only regret is that I was too busy cheers-ing at the bar to document Karan Johar break it down on the dance floor at a farmhouse sangeet night with a bunch of young girlies! (Ah Bollywood, you do not disappoint.) But yeah, I’m hoping my virtual diary in the run up to my own Big Fat Indian Wedding will come in handy for you too (if you are planning an extravaganza yourself) or at the very least serve as some eye-catching entertainment for those who have been there, done that! FYI The fiancée has earned a month’s amnesty from discussing the wedding after a superb proposal, fair enough – it runs out March 10th *evil laughter*
