You have GOT to check out the new Busaba in Lower Parel (inside Todi & Co Mills) slap bang across from Blue Frog (no its not where Zenzi Mills used to be (that’s gonna be Dilip Joshi’s new spot called Boudoir I believe, but more on that later!) Apart from the trendy bar space reminiscent of the townie original and the classic rustic decor, can I just tell you that Busaba has also got some serious potential in the food biz since the owner/chef Nikhil Chib himself is such a huge foodie. Just listen to him talk about the lengths he’s gone to for the perfect piece of fish or cut of meat and you’ll know he means business! I’ve now been two two tastings there and I highly recommend you try the following, you will not regret it… plus the seasoned bar staff makes a mean martini, try a refreshing flavor like watermelon or order a classic appletini.
